Librarian informational performance during the COVID-19 pandemic
the case of the Senac Maringá Faculty Library (Senac Paraná)

This research addresses the importance of library actions and services offered remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study originated from the services offered by a multilevel library located in the Northwest of the State of Paraná, which is linked to a network of libraries in Paraná. The objective of the research was descriptive, constituting itself as a study of a basic nature, whose outlining was bibliographic and documentary, with a qualitative approach to carry out the analysis of the collected data. The offer of services was observed, such as: informational (bibliographic) survey; informational curation; instruction on the recognition of an information source and the adoption of information and communication technologies pertaining to Microsoft Office 365, especially Sway; as well as tools that gather and direct links, like Linktr.ee. Stresses and demonstrates the concept of library as a plural space for learning and building new knowledge.
